Artist, Manzi Liu, will draw your guests during your wedding. The best thing is your guests will bring home the painting or drawing with them. Isn't that the most special party favor ever? Live event portrait gives your guests fun entertainment and the best guest favor! I guarantee you your guests will remember how amazing their experience at your wedding years and years.

HOW DO I BOOK YOU FOR MY EVENT?

1st, you will begin by filling out the inquiry form. I will respond to you by email usually within 24-48 hours.

2nd, I will schedule a 15-30 mins Zoom call or Phone call with you if need. On this call, I will get to know your event and answer all your questions. If you don’t need a call conversation, you can simply reply to my email to ask any questions and to confirm your booking.

3rd, you will receive an email with an E-contract to sign, an invoice of a non-refundable 30% deposit, and instructions on how to pay. Please note, your day is NOT securely booked until you sign and pay.

4th, after you have booked, 4 to 2 weeks before the event, we will confirm your booking by email. You can also email me back with any things I need to pay attention to at the event. We can schedule a 2nd call if need. Again, If you don’t need a call conversation, you can simply email me if you need anything.

5th, you will receive the remainder of the payment 20 days before the events. Please note that the payment must be completed 14 days before the event. A failed payment might result in a failed booking.

6th, I will paint live at your event. It's my pleasure to be at your event!

• For events longer than 6 hours, please email for pricing.

• Adding Additional artists are available for large events, please email for pricing.

What's Included:

• Travel up to 60 miles: Serving East Florida from Jupiter, FL, to Miami, FL. (Travel fees may apply for the father's location.)

• Couple portrait painted at the wedding (same size as guest portraits).

• All materials included: Watercolors, paper, and more.

• Clear protective plastic sleeve for each illustration.

• Custom text: Guests' names, your names, company name, or event date included.

• Good communication via email or phone before booking and the event.

Towards the end of the event, I may create fewer illustrations than initially estimated. This can happen due to time constraints, the need to interact with your guests, or relocating. I’ll have an assistant with me to keep things running smoothly, but please keep in mind that I’m only human.

7% Sales Tax and any applicable additional travel fees will be added to the package price upon booking. Prices are subject to change.

A 30% deposit and signed contract are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

No problem, we’ve got it covered. Yes, Manzi Liu Art carries standard liability insurance with coverage up to $1M.

Get your own wedding portrait illustrations as the Bride & Groom!

• We offer a special watercolor painting package designed for the bride and groom, with the option to include loved ones like family members, bridesmaids, groomsmen, or even pets.

  • Perfect for displaying at your wedding or as a cherished keepsake afterward.

  • Couple Only: $100

  • Add-ons: $30 per additional person or pet

  • Add a Frame: $30 (white frame only)

  • Add a PDF File: $35 (Perfect for printing on invitations)

• Our painting captures picture-perfect moments from your special day or can be based on pre-wedding photos. If created before your wedding, the illustration can be displayed at your front door or welcome table. With the added PDF file, you can print it on your invitations. If created after, it’s a cherished memory from your event.

• The illustration style is same to the watercolor with facial features for the live guest portrait illustration, but in a more refined on a 8 x 10 inches or 9 x 12 inches watercolor paper of your choice which are bigger than the guest portrait drawing. You can choose to receive this memory package on your special day when I will bring it to the vendor if it’s base on pre-wedding photos, or you will receive it within 2-3 weeks after the wedding day. Shipping included within the US.
